I am still waiting for a refund for my dining experience on August 3rd, my bill was $51, 47 cents. Went to add the tip.
She had to redo it and then rang in the amount of 6147, and both of these amounts came out of my checking account. I need to be in they reimbursed fifty one dollars and forty seven cents, what's taken so long?I was there, august.Third, today is the sixth and still haven't gotten a refund
Went to your establishment on August 3rd and was charged. Double by mistake, because wanted to add a tip.
My bill was $51.47, and they charged me $61.47 a total of a 112. $, when will I receive my refund of 51?

I've been to this place so many times.
And this was the worst.
I have pics of our food, including our baked potato that got microwaved about 6 times. We weren't late customers. Our fillet also had so much fat in it that only the middle was okay. Spoke to the GM at the I Drive Orlando, Florida.
So, so, so many times. Been waiting for a gift card for months. I've been speaking to her weekly, and her words don't add up. I spent over $70 on my husband's dinner, and it was just an awful night for such a big night for him.
Hoping to get that gift card like promised months ago on Iasas. Thank you.

My steak was ordered medium well and came out medium rare. It was politely sent back to be cooked a bit more.
This occurred in a store in Daytona Beach, FL, on November 16, 2024. When it was brought back to the table, the steak looked nasty with blood all over the top. I really do not know how the cooks or server could think that this is how food should be served. I was very disappointed, for I do not complain much in life.
It looked simply gross and was as tough as shoe leather after one bite. Ultimately, I had the manager remove it from the bill.
Preferred solution: Just to see that it does not happen again

On Sat 10/26 my fiance & me went to your restaurant at 1664 Route 22 East in Watchung. On arriving at the front desk Jaleena walked us to a booth.
Realizing that it was too loud in that area, I walked through the doors to the bar area which also had booths. I noticed that the speakers were a little bit lower & that a booth was open. I walked back to Jaleena & asked if I could have that other booth instead. She went to look at the booth to make sure it was clean.
She came back & said shed have someone clean the table & she would come back to me when it was ready. I could see the other booth from where we were & after someone removed the glasses, she herself went over & cleaned the table herself. I thanked her, at which time I asked her for her name, gave her a nice tip, & told her that I would be contacting Millers Ale Customer Service & leaving them a nice review about her. And went above & beyond to satisfy a customer she had never met & my fiance were very impressed by that.
This was our 1st time at this particular restaurant, but we have been on the Route 9 restaurant in Woodbridge NJ.
We love your food & will continue to visit your establishments because your food is great. The ambience is nice & comfortable, & your staff is ALWAYS courteous & professional.

My order was under cooked chicken was raw and the jalapeños were poorly breaded I always have a great experience up too yesterday

On Saturday, October 12, 2024. My family which was 10 of us celebrating my grandson's 18th birthday and him being accepted going onto the Marines.
We placed our order (food & drinks). Then a group at least about 20 people came in and seated in our section area. Which was cool. They received orders before we did..
So we started like where is our order of drinks? Do you know that large group finished eating before we did.. We call the manager, General manager over. We had a couple of bartenders called in at the last moment..
Not only that, but we had issues with my son and granddaughter drinks wasn't right and horrible. Both of their food was wrong. Kept getting different waiters and each one pointing the finger at the other for the error and mistakes. So my granddaughter and son didn't eat anything and the other family members said the food was somewhat warm like it preheated up.
The lady manager was so rude and told my son she wasn't giving any discount that the birthday kid and other kid had eating more of their food.it was so much went on. Then I asked for another manager Ted came over and said he would give some credit.
My son and his daughter did eat or have anything to drink and had to sit there the other family members finished what was so call meal.. It was a special occasion and trying not to really make a scene.

It didn't change. The "fish n chips" is Cole slaw with a few fish bits served by a jerk. Five years later, it's still garbage.
Hire a chef that's actually trained to prepare food. Hire a manager that isn't afraid of her cook. Hire kitchen staff that didn't learn from a fast food restaurant.

Horrible under-cooked food by an incompetent fry cook calling himself a 'Chef' and blaming an excellent waitress for his errors. There is a difference between medium well and medium rare.
He obviously doesn't know this. If you argue, it's your fault, not his incompetency. Avoid.
You will get no acceptance of their errors, or corrections of their mistakes. You will be at fault, not His Royal Highness, the fry cook.

Ridiculous behavior by your employee
I was at your Sterling location, just like any other Sunday NFL game day. I have spent quite a bit of money in your restaurant and bring a good crowd in with me.
I dont want any attention. I just quietly socialize and do my game. However, you have multiple TVs in that location and you have window blinds that are broken and will not go down. My group had to move multiple multiple times.
These issues are going on over a year. I asked for the GM and he wasnt on duty. Instead the kitchen manager came out to talk to me so I could communicate my frustrations about the situation. I told him its not you.Im just communicating my frustrations with the lack of dealing with customer experience.
He walked away from me.totally unprofessional. As he walked away he heard my frustration in the fact that he walked away and he came back and kicked me out of the restaurant. All I want is for this location to deal with its issues and give the best experience possible.
I would appreciate a call back to discuss. Please let me know when available.

Preferred solution: Deal with the issues at restaurant. Replace TV’s that don’t work and fix the blinds that shield the sun from watching. It’s been broken for over a year

Manager yelling at servers. Some have already left ms Siriluck who has been there for 7 years is thinking of leaving too.
There is no respect. Ms Siriluck is a wonderful server and we always ask for her and she had such a long face after being yelled at. Please can you do something about this. She works at store #055, 8123 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, Fl 34747.
Please help her before she leaves. She thinks he doesnt like her too.

Hello, i need to speak with the Executive Office., i have had terrible experiences regards to customer service at the Restaurant over the phone with a person named DANNY. FYI i had my food delivered.
Managers and Regional Manager are extremely unprofessional and so very rude. A LADY NAMED TINA TORI SEND ME A LETTER SAYING SHE WAS THE MANAGER & OFFERED ME A $20.00 GIFT CERTIFICATE AND TOLD ME TO CALL HER SO SHE CAN GIVE FACE TO MY ORDER. WHEN I CALLED THE MILLERS ALE CORPORATE OFFICE I SPOKE WITH LADY NAMED AMANDA. SHE SAID JOEL IS THE MANAGER AT THE NORRIDGE ILLINOIS LOCATION AT 4474 N.
HARLEM NOT MS. TINA TORI. THEN AMANDA TOOK MY COMPLAINT. I ALSO RECEIVED VOICEMAIL MESSAGES FROM A LADY AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE NAMED KAYLA.
AND SPOKE WITH HER ONCE BUT COULDNT TALK AT THAT TIME AND TOLD HER TO TELL AMANDA TO CALL ME AT A CERTAIN DAY & TIME SINCE WE KEEP MISSING EACH OTHER. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE CALL FROM AMANDA . I TOLD HER EXACTLY WHAT TRANSPIRED BETWEEN ME AND TINA TORI. SHE SEND A MESSAGE TO Harry Decker, THE REGIONAL MANAGER.
Tina accused me falsely I FOUND THIS OUT AFTER Harry Decker MENTION WHAT SHE SAID TO HIM. He SAID HE knows her for many years and cant believe what i said ABOUT HER. Truly this is terrible. Then he acted like he was offended because what I said TO HIM.
He definitely deserve it. I THINK HE MUST BE HAVING A AFFAIR WITH HER. THE WAY HE DEFENDED HER THROUGH EVERYTHING. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
He has no knowledge about being a Regional Manager. He threatened to block me IF I called HIM AGAIN. I TOLD HIM I WANT TO SPEAK WITH HIS BOSS. HE SAID FINE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
HARRY CALLED ME FROM THE FOLLOWING #FYI., 163* *** ****.
I will explain further once i receive a call from the Executive office also a email. But this requires to be on the phone. You can email me so we can coordinate please i am very busy nowadays.
THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFY PLEASE . TINA IS SAYING I ACCUSED HER OF RACISM.
AND THAT IS NOT SO. On the Contrary its the other way around. She accused me. And lied in a email.

I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THIS FOOD. SHE NEVER ASKED ME once TO SEND IT TO HER. She ended up hanging up on me.

NoVery upset that Ive called Millers Ale House on Columbus Drive in Tampa all day with NO answer. I accidentally left my credit card there last night and wanted to make sure they had it before I drove an hour to get it. Very disappointing!
